1. Download Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.1) from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/express-edition/downloads/102xewinsoft-090667.html

2. Run the .exe file (my one: OracleXE.exe) to install oracle database 10g express edition in windows-xp step by step. You should get following screen:

4. By Choosing destination to install in your local pc you should get following screen:

   

5. Providing SYS and SYSTEM password to login into oracle database after installation you should get following screen:
